    Your provider is taking many things into consideration when finding the right dose for you, including your:

    • Age

    • Size

    • Risk factors

    • Other medications

    Additionally, there are some medications which can actually be dangerous if stopped suddenly.

  • Every office has different policies. Some may require a follow-up appointment, while others are able to respond to portal messages.

    Sometimes a dose adjustment is called a titration.
