Meet Neelam

About me:

I am a results-driven leader with a record of steering organizations through change, pursuing continuous improvement, and nurturing an inclusive culture. With a natural creative flair, entrepreneurial spirit, and love for selling big ideas, I aim to challenge the status quo in every circle that I join.

I’m ready to take on the my most ambitious challenge yet: making it easier to be a patient.

I’ve had a wealth of experience in our healthcare system, working on projects ranging from continuous improvement of clinical operations to global pricing and access. Most recently, I refined my skills in strategic account management working for Eli Lilly. Perhaps the most valuable experience of all though, I’ve navigated the complexity and pain points of the American healthcare system as a patient and high consumer of health services—allowing me to identify patterns that persist across states and health systems.

One brain MRI after nearly a decade of symptoms gave me the diagnosis I needed, fueling my passion to help other patients get to diagnosis and treatment more efficiently.

For me, it’s personal.

My experience as a patient and professional in healthcare spans 5 states and over 10 years.
